CPR Classes

At The University of Arizona Emergency Medical Service, we strive to offer the most comprehensive and most up to date basic life support training available today. We want to help you meet your training goals. We understand that depending on your profession and prior experience, you may have various objects you would like to fulfill with the training you receive. This is why we are proud to offer multiple types of CPR courses.

 

American Heart Association - AHA

The American Heart Association BLS course offers the advantages of ~ Content representing the latest resuscitation science for improved patient outcomes ~ Realistic scenarios, simulations, and animations depicting rescuers, teams, and patients ~ Course and content flexibility for AHA Instructors and students, including adaptability to local protocols.

WHO SHOULD TAKE THE COURSE?

  • Healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.

  • Those who need ACLS & PALS

 

AREST - Applied Resuscitation Education & Specialty Training

The new standard of CPR is simple to learn, easy to do, saves more lives, and mouth-to-mouth ventilation is a thing of the past. The AREST program was designed for both professionals and lay rescuers. This program emphasizes high fidelity practice and will enable you to act and make a life-saving difference in the life of another individual.

If you have a group or organization you would like to set up a class for, please email us. Group classes have a minimum attendance of 3.
